This exercise is great for helping you find lost objects, pets or just practicing your claire's! Either have someone hide an object for you or use something that you recently lost. You could also try to "find" something you don't have yet, like a parking space, a new pair of shoes, or a new house! Using your six claire's (clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, clairalience, clairgustance and claircognizance) I'll walk you through this fun exercise, giving you tips and helpful reminders. I also talk about how to analyze these intuitive hits when they can be a little hard to interpret.
